Discover the only latin culture in Eastern Europe

"Travel is never a matter of money but of courage"

History, nature, culture, traditions

If you have the same objective in life as Susan Sontag and are an explorer at heart, Romania should be on your upcoming list. Not only it is one of the most beautiful countries in Eastern Europe, with a rich and tumultuous history, but it borders the Black Sea and the Danube River and it prides itself with the Carpathian Mountains, the Danube Delta and many hot spring resorts, offering diversity for every time of traveler.

Apart from outstanding natural landscapes and one of the few areas with pristine forests, there are multiple medieval cities, fortresses and castles built hundreds of years ago. This is the place that fascinated Prince Charles and made him spend his summers in the Transylvanian countryside.

Food and drinks

Romanians love to eat and we are pretty good at cooking. Our mothers have kept the tradition of always cooking at home and sourcing the ingredients from relatives living in the countryside.

Because of this most of the Romanian traditional food is organic as a result of micro-farming therefore healthy. There are numerous delicious dishes available for meat lovers or vegetarians alike. But enough explaining, we will let the pictures speak for us!
